Greenhouse

Connect Greenhouse to 1Password SaaS Manager to track usage, spend, and access.

Important

As of August 2026, Greenhouse has forced a migration to V3 of their API. If you’ve previously authenticated your Greenhouse integration with V2 of Greenhouse’s API, this is a breaking change. You’ll need to reconnect using OAuth.

You can connect Greenhouse to 1Password SaaS Manager to track usage, spend, and access of the application across users in your organization. Access to a Greenhouse account with Site Admin or “Manage ALL organization’s API Credentials” permissions is required to connect Greenhouse to SaaS Manager. We recommend using an account with Site Admin permissions for long term reliability.

Connect Greenhouse to SaaS Manager

To connect Greenhouse to SaaS Manager:

  1. Sign in to SaaS Manager, then navigate to Integrations > Greenhouse.
  2. Select the features you want available for Greenhouse. You can choose: Provisioning, deprovisioning, or “Candidates as employee source”.
  3. Select Connect.
  4. When prompted, enter the email address for your Greenhouse account. The associated Greenhouse account must have Site Admin or “Manage ALL organization’s API Credentials” permissions.
  5. Select Log in to Greenhouse and enter the rest of your login credentials when prompted. After you sign in, you’ll be redirected to the authorization window.
  6. Select the Authorize using a service account checkbox. This option is only available if you’re connecting with a Greenhouse account with Site Admin permissions. It will create a service account and reduce the risk of the connected user being unavailable.
  7. Select Authorize.

After you’ve connected, you can start tracking usage metrics for Greenhouse with your organization.
