Some applications allow you to restrict access so that API requests can only come from certain IP addresses to improve security.

Note
On April 6th 2025 we moved our infrastructure from Azure/OVH to equivalent AWS based infrastructure in Germany and the US respectively. If you are connecting to APIs where the application lets you enforce IP address restrictions these will need updating. We recommend adding the new IP addresses now, and removing the old ones after the move.
