When you start a free, 14-day trial of reports and the Activity Log, you get instant access to features that are exclusive to 1Password Business.
This trial is available to Teams and Teams Starter Pack (TSP) accounts with direct billing. Over the 14 days, you can create and customize reports to monitor security issues, track team activities, and audit account usage with the Activity Log. After the trial ends, you can seamlessly upgrade to 1Password Business to continue using these reporting features and more:
- The Business Watchtower report: Gain insight into potential security issues like weak passwords, unsecured websites, and other risks across your team’s vaults with the Business Watchtower report.
- Account activity reports: Track your team’s vault usage and access with usage reports. Monitor login activity, including blocked or failed sign-in attempts, outdated apps, and incorrect credentials with the sign-in attempts report.
- Team insights reports: Get detailed information about team members, vaults, and security settings with the team report. Keep track of active devices and outdated versions through the device report. View a high-level summary of overall team usage in the overview report.
- The Activity Log: Monitor important events in your account, like how your team shares items and uses vaults, with the Activity Log.
Tip
Only owners or users who are part of the Security group can view the domain breach report and the Business Watchtower report.
Requirements
To start a free trial, you must:
- Be an owner, administrator, or part of the Security group.
- Have a Teams or a Teams Starter Pack (TSP) account with direct billing using a credit card, debit card, or ACH.
Start your free trial
- Sign in to your Teams or TSP account on 1Password.com.
- Choose Reports in the sidebar.
- Select Start my free trial.
After you set up your trial, you can create reports in 1Password and use the Activity Log.
Help
The trial lasts 14 days and cannot be extended.
Upgrade to 1Password Business
To continue using reports, the Activity Log, and other business account features, you can upgrade to 1Password Business.
If you’re an owner, go to Reports in the sidebar and select Upgrade now.
If you’re an administrator or in the security group, contact your account owner to request an upgrade.
Remove the trial from your account
If you’re an owner and haven’t started a trial, you can remove the trial offer from your account if you no longer want to see Reports in the sidebar. Go to Reports and select I’m not interested.
After starting a trial, wait for the 14-day trial period to end. Then go to the Reports page, where you’ll see the option to opt out and remove reports.
If you’re an administrator or in the Security group, contact your account owner to remove the trial.
