1Password subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your account will be frozen. To unfreeze your account, simply reactivate your subscription.
If you cancel before your first 30 days, you won’t be charged. We’re unable to issue a refund for past charges, or for any time remaining on your account at the time of cancellation.

1Password Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded. If you didn’t receive the gift card you purchased, contact 1Password Support from the email address you used when purchasing the gift card.
AgileBits Store purchases (Mac, Windows)
If you’d like a refund for a standalone license of 1Password from the AgileBits Store, contact 1Password Support with a copy of your receipt or license email.
App Store purchases (Mac, iOS)
If you’d like a refund for 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store or the Pro features in 1Password for iOS, you must request a refund from Apple. You won’t be able to download 1Password from the App Store after your purchase has been refunded.

- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click “Report a Problem” on the relevant app.

Google Play purchases (Android)
If you’d like a refund for the Pro features in 1Password for Android, contact 1Password Support with a copy your receipt.
