If the subscription for your account is managed by a 1Password Business representative, contact your Account Manager or the 1Password Business team for information about the terms of your subscription.
If you have a 1Password account with a subscription you manage yourself, you can cancel your 1Password subscription at any time.
- Free trial: If you cancel during your trial period, you won’t be charged.
- Paid subscription: If you cancel an active subscription after you’ve been charged, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will be frozen. To unfreeze your account, reactivate your subscription.

1Password Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded. If you didn’t receive the gift card you purchased, contact 1Password Support from the email address you used when purchasing the gift card.
