Get help
If you don’t see nearby items after adjusting the distance on the Home screen, make sure the 1Password app has access to your location in your device’s privacy settings. You may need to allow precise location for 1Password in your device’s settings for the location to be accurate.
If you see “Map search disabled by account administrator”, the item location policy has been turned off in your account. You can contact an administrator to ask them to turn the policy back on.
