If 1Password doesn’t prompt you to use Touch ID or Face ID with AutoFill, open and unlock 1Password for iOS, then try again.
Sometimes you’ll need to enter your 1Password account password instead of using Touch ID or Face ID:
- If Require Master Password is set to After Device Restart in Settings > Advanced > Security, and you’ve just restarted your device
- If your fingerprint isn’t recognized three times in a row or if your face isn’t recognized five times in a row
- If the amount of time in Settings > Advanced > Security > Require Master Password has elapsed
