You can send an encrypted email to 1Password Support using GnuPG:
- Compose an email to support+security@1password.com.
- Encrypt your email with our GPG key. If you’re not sure how to encrypt your email, contact support for your email client.
- Send the message.
Encrypted emails are handled by a specialized team, and it will take longer for you to receive a reply. If your request is urgent and your message doesn’t include sensitive information, you can send an unencrypted email instead.
