You can add tags to your checks to keep everything organized. Tags can be used to denote severity, use case, or anything else. Whenever possible, 1Password Device Trust (Kolide) will display a check’s associated tags in the UI.

By default, Kolide includes three tags: Critical, Important, and Info. You can also add your own tags.

  3. Select Configure.
  4. In the sidebar, select the gear button a blue gear button. to the right of the Tags section header to reveal the tag selector.
  5. Select the tag(s) you’d like to add to the check. To deselect a tag, select it again.
  6. Once you’re happy with your selections, select outside of the tag menu to close it and apply your tags.

Add tags to multiple checks

To manage the tags for multiple checks at once, select the checkboxes next to the checks you’d like to manage and select Tags in the mass-action menu that appears.

A tag will be preceeded by the symbol when that tag is added to only some of the checks in your selection. By selecting it, you can toggle its state so that all or none of the checks will have that tag applied.
