1. Open 1Password and repeat the steps that cause 1Password to quit unexpectedly.
2. Open the Start menu, type Event Viewer to find the Event Viewer app, and open it.
3. On the left, double-click Custom Views below Event Viewer (Local) to expand it.
4. Select Administrative Events below Custom Views.
5. Select all events that have occurred since 1Password quit unexpectedly: select the most recent event, then press the Shift key, then select the last event.
6. Select Action > Copy > Copy Details as Text.
7. Open Notepad, paste the details into a new text file, and save it as 1Password Quit.
