Trelica for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is an invite-only alpha program. With the Trelica for MSPs alpha program, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can manage multiple Trelica instances from a single account. Get started
Set up Trelica for MSPs
When you join the Trelica for MSPs alpha program, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘Trelica account request approved’. Select Register and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account and get started.
Remember to:
- install the Trelica browser extension.
- onboard all internal employee users.
- integrate your IdP.
Once your account is set up, you can remove the 1Password user who set up your MSP account:
- From your Trelica dashboard, navigate to the People tab.
- Find the user with an ‘agilebits.com’ email address and select the three dots to the right of that person.
- Select Edit Trelica access > Delete.
Switch between Trelica instances
Users start with one account, can be added to additional accounts. To register additional managed accounts, contact 1Password Support for Trelica MSP.
To switch between Trelica instances:
- From your Trelica dashboard, select your user icon at the top-right of the screen.
- You’ll see the account name for the organization you’re currently in. Under the account name, select Switch account.
Optionally, select Set as default to set the organization you're accessing as your default account.
- Select the organization you want to access. The dashboard for that account will open.
Connect your IdP and import your app inventory
