1Password SaaS Manager for Managed Service Providers

Important

1Password SaaS Manager for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is an invite-only alpha program. With the SaaS Manager for MSPs alpha program, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can manage multiple SaaS Manager instances from a single account. Get started

Set up SaaS Manager for MSPs

When you join the SaaS Manager for MSPs alpha program, you’ll receive an email with the subject “1Password SaaS Manager account request approved”. Select Register and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account and get started.

After your account is set up, you can remove the 1Password user who set up your MSP account:

  1. From your SaaS Manager dashboard, navigate to the People tab.
  2. Find the user with an agilebits.com email address and select the three dots to the right of that person.
  3. Select Edit SaaS Manager access > Delete.

Switch between SaaS Manager instances

Users start with one account, can be added to additional accounts. To register additional managed accounts, contact 1Password Support for SaaS Manager MSP.

To switch between SaaS Manager instances:

  1. From your SaaS Manager dashboard, select your user icon at the top-right of the screen.
  2. You’ll see the account name for the organization you’re currently in. Under the account name, select Switch account.

    Optionally, select Set as default to set the organization you're accessing as your default account.

  3. Select the organization you want to access. The dashboard for that account will open.

Access Reviews

Access Reviews gives administrators and app owners a centralized, streamlined way to manage and verify user access.

Discovery and Inventory helps you understand and take action on your applications as a whole. These applications can be discovered in various ways, most commonly through the connection with your IdP.
