About the error


When you set up syncing with Dropbox on your Android device, you authorize Dropbox to sync a specific vault with 1Password. Sometimes, you’ll need to start over:
- If your vault was moved or removed from your Dropbox account
- If you remove 1Password from your list of apps linked to Dropbox
- If your Dropbox authorization expired
What you should do
To authorize Dropbox again or make any changes to your Dropbox configuration, like choosing a different vault, erase your 1Password data and start over:
- Open and unlock 1Password.
- Tap the ellipsis > Sync. If you haven’t set up syncing, sync with Dropbox or a local folder.
- Go to Settings > Advanced and tap Delete Primary Vault.
