A new home for 1Password Device Trust (Kolide) support
We've moved! You can now get help with Device Trust (Kolide) on 1Password Support.
With 1Password Device Trust (formerly known as Kolide), you can close the sign-in gap and block access when a device doesn’t meet your requirements. The Kolide agent runs on each device and tests it against the Checks you configure.
Checks run on a regular schedule, and Device Trust confirms a device is passing before it grants access. When a Check fails, the person using the device gets clear instructions to fix it themselves, so your administrators spend less time resolving issues. From there you can target Checks at specific device groups, write your own, and review sign-ins in the auth log.
